The AirTAC GFR200C06LC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LC3WT is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built with a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain, a low-pressure regulator type, a round gauge scaled in bar, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options across the range include manual or automatic drains, the 5 um element, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and reverse/check valve variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the sealing arms and low-pressure cylinders of a form-fill-seal packaging machine, where the set pressure calls for the low-pressure regulator type and the 5 um element protects the downstream valves.
Clean 5 um air at a stable set pressure for spray guns and coating heads on a paint or finishing line, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate during operation and the bar-scale gauge giving a local readout.
Filtered, regulated pilot supply to positioners and pilot-operated process valves on a dosing or blending skid, with the round gauge letting operators verify supply pressure at the panel.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit sits at the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port. The real choices on this family: drain type (differential-pressure as fitted here, or automatic or manual to order), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with the W code as fitted here), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round bar-scale gauge), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options and this unit is NPT), and the low-pressure regulator type (code L) where the circuit calls for one. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing for your application before you order.
The GFR series comes with a 40 um element as standard, and the W code upgrades this unit to 5 um for applications that need finer particulate removal ahead of the regulator. If your line only needs coarser protection, the standard 40 um version of the same size is available; both share the same differential-pressure drain and low-pressure regulator type.
