The AirTAC GFR200C06LF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06LF2WK is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This configuration is the 200 size with a PT1/8 port, low-pressure regulator type, a 5 um filter element (code W), differential-pressure drain, metal bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse (check) valve (code K) and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale options, and G or NPT thread variants available to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the low-pressure air that actuates clamps and swing cylinders on a machining fixture, keeping water and particulate out of the clamp circuit.
Conditioning supply air for low-pressure cylinders and grippers on a packaging or cartoning line, with the fitted check valve in the run and a psi gauge for direct setpoint reading.
Filtered, regulated air for a laboratory or pilot test bench running instruments and small actuators, where the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um element suit sensitive downstream gear.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step (200 through 600, 1/8 to 1 in) matched to the flow your line needs, the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual), the filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um as on this unit), the gauge and its scale (MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), and whether a bracket is wanted. This unit already carries the low-pressure regulator type, 5 um element, square psi gauge, check valve, metal bowl and bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application flow and pressure and we will confirm sizing from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
L is the low-pressure regulator type (ask us to confirm its exact adjustment range), W is the 5 um filter element (40 um is the standard grade), F2 is the embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. The unit has a differential-pressure drain, a metal bowl, an included bracket and a PT1/8 port.
