The AirTAC GFR200C06LJC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, and this GFR200C06LJC1TK is the size 200 unit with a 1/8 in NPT port. It is the low-pressure (L) type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it against the datasheet. The element is the standard 40 um grade, the polycarbonate bowl drains by differential pressure, an external round gauge scaled in MPa is fitted (code C1), and a reverse/check valve (K) is built in. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C non-freezing, and this version is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with automatic or manual drain, a 5 um (W) element, alternative gauge scales, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your operating conditions and we will confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a machining cell, the unit filters the shop compressed air and supplies a reduced, stable pressure to the clamping cylinders on fixtures, with the round MPa gauge giving the setter a local readout at the manifold.
On a water-treatment or chemical-dosing skid, the unit conditions the compressed air feeding solenoid-piloted control valves, removing water and particulate before the pilot lines and holding the regulated supply the pilots were set up with.
On a carton-packing conveyor, the unit feeds filtered, regulated air to the small gripper cylinders and actuated guides at the 1/8 in take-off point, with the built-in check valve in the air path of this version.
Pick the size by the port and flow step: 200 is the entry size, and here it carries a 1/8 in NPT port, stepping up through 300, 400 and 600 as your air demand grows. Drain comes as differential-pressure (this unit's default), automatic (A) or manual (M); the filter element is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; and the gauge can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit has the round MPa gauge. Threads: PT is the series standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit, code T) as order options, and brackets are optional - this configuration omits the bracket. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Share your working pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
C is the external round gauge and 1 is the MPa scale, so this unit comes with a round MPa gauge fitted. The embedded square gauge is the standard alternative, and psi (code 2) or bar (code 3) scales can be ordered instead.
