The AirTAC GFR200C06LJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 NPT 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one unit cleans the air and holds a set downstream pressure. This GFR200C06LJC1WTK is the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, the optional 5 um filter element (code W, finer than the standard 40 um), a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm your set point with us. It is supplied with an external round gauge scaled in MPa, a built-in check valve (K) that allows downstream back-flow, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this unit is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line runs from size 200 up to 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G and NPT threads, plus choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge and bracket across the range. Air flow for GFR units is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the gripper and vacuum circuits on a carton or blister packer, where the 5 um element protects seals and the regulator holds a gentle set point.
Supplying filtered pilot air to diaphragm-actuated control valves on a process line that call for low set pressures, with the check valve holding the pilot circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Feeding the cushion nozzles of an air table or film conveyor that moves paper, film or light sheet at low pressure, with moisture and particulate reduced by the drain bowl and 5 um element.
Within the GFR family the real, decodable choices are: size and port (200 to 600, 1/8 in to 1 in), stepped against the flow your line needs; drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual); filter grade (40 um standard or the finer 5 um W element fitted on this unit); gauge style and scale (the embedded square gauge is standard, with an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar as the option - this unit carries the round MPa gauge); and thread, where PT is the standard and G and NPT are order options - this unit is NPT. The low-pressure L regulator type, the K check valve and the no-bracket J option are also decoded from the code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code specifies the optional 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um, and C1 specifies the external round gauge scaled in MPa rather than the embedded square gauge. L marks the low-pressure regulator type, whose exact adjustment range is not published, and K means a check valve is fitted. Ask us to confirm any of these against the datasheet.
