The AirTAC GFR200C06LJC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LJC2WG is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, so water and particulate are removed and downstream pressure is set with a single unit. This GFR200 configuration has a G1/8 (1/8 in) G-thread port, the 5 um element (code W, in place of the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that discharges condensate automatically as the pressure differential across the element builds, a metal bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type. The round pressure gauge fitted reads in psi, and the unit comes without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application - we will send the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure air to the small cylinders and vacuum generators on a pick-and-place cell, where the 5 um element protects fine components and the round psi gauge gives a directly readable setpoint.
Serves paint spray guns and air-assisted applicators that run below standard line pressure: the regulator holds the setting, the 5 um element keeps particulate and condensed water out of the finish, and the differential-pressure drain clears the bowl as it loads.
Supplies a bench-scale test rig that needs clean air at a low, stable setting, with the round psi gauge for direct reading at the bench and the differential-pressure drain keeping the metal bowl clear between runs.
Choose the size by port and flow: this unit is size 200 with a G1/8 port; step up to GFR300, GFR400 or GFR600 when the circuit needs a larger port and more flow - we will check the flow curves against your demand before you order. Other decodable choices: drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or this 5 um W element for finer particulate), gauge (embedded square as standard, or the external round gauge fitted here, in MPa, psi or bar scale), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket (this configuration omits it). The L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
L is the low-pressure regulator type, intended for settings below the standard range; the exact adjustment range for this type is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering. C2 is the fitted external round gauge with a psi scale - the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative, available in MPa, psi or bar.
