The AirTAC GFR200C06LJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06LJC3TK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This 200-size unit is fitted with a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the bowl is high enough. It is the low-pressure (L) type, intended for circuits that run at reduced working pressure, and it carries a reverse/check valve (K) so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. An external round gauge with a bar scale is included; no mounting bracket is supplied with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is also available in 300, 400 and 600 sizes with larger ports, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, manual or automatic drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, and different gauge scales. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated low-pressure air to the gripper cylinders and small actuators on an assembly robot, with the check valve holding the circuit if shop air dips.
Supplies clean, pressure-controlled air to the pneumatic pushers and diverters on a carton or bottle conveyor, with condensate bled off by the differential-pressure drain.
Delivers water- and particle-filtered air at a stable reduced pressure to spray guns and air-assisted applicators, where the low-pressure type and bar-scale gauge suit fine setting.
Start with the port and size: this unit is 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT thread, the smallest step in the GFR range - step up to 300/400/600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain to match maintenance access: differential-pressure (this unit), fully automatic (A), or manual (M). Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer particulate removal matters. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar - this configuration ships with a round bar-scale gauge. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. A bracket can be added if you need panel or surface mounting.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that run below the standard working range - the exact adjustment range for this variant is not published, so ask us to confirm it. C3 means an external round gauge is fitted with a bar scale; embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are the other catalogue options.
