The AirTAC GFR200C06LJF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LJF2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces pressure to the working level in a single body. This 200-size unit is threaded PT1/8 (1/8 in), is the low-pressure regulator type, and carries the standard 40 um filter element. Condensate is handled by the differential-pressure drain, the polycarbonate bowl gives a clear fluid view, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi is fitted; no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, psi/MPa/bar gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options and optional brackets. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, reduced-pressure air for a small pneumatic press or clamping fixture on an assembly bench, with the embedded square psi gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout at the machine.
Conditioning the pilot-air feed to pneumatically actuated control valves on a process skid, where the low-pressure regulator type holds a reduced working pressure downstream of the plant air supply.
Air preparation for diverters, stoppers and small cylinders along a packaging conveyor line, with the 40 um element protecting seals from water and particulate carryover.
Step through the 200/300/400/600 sizes and their PT1/8 to 1 in ports to match the air demand of the machine; the port is the mechanical fit, so confirm the flow against the published curves before ordering. On this unit the drain is differential-pressure (automatic A and manual M are the other catalogue options), the element is the standard 40 um grade (5 um = code W), and the gauge is the embedded square type scaled in psi - MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added (code J = none here).
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this PT1/8, 200-size unit before you order.
This unit uses the differential-pressure drain, the GFR default: condensate is discharged as the pressure differential across the filter element builds. If you prefer, the catalogue offers an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M) - tell us your maintenance preference and we will confirm the equivalent code.
