The AirTAC GFR200C06LJF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06LJF2T is a GFR-series filter regulator: one compact body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 200-size unit is built with 1/8 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a polycarbonate bowl and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. It is the low-pressure (L) type, is supplied without a mounting bracket, and has no reverse/check valve fitted. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditions and regulates the air feeding a directional-valve island on a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, keeping water and pipe scale out of the valve spools while holding the supply pressure the machine was set up for.
Sits upstream of the pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators on a small machining centre, filtering the shop-air supply and regulating it to the pressure the clamp circuit was designed around.
Installed at the air drop feeding pick-and-place cylinders on an assembly line, draining condensed water from the supply and holding a steady regulated pressure so stroke behaviour stays repeatable through the shift.
At 200 size this is the smallest GFR frame, matched here to 1/8 in NPT lines; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when your air demand outgrows the port. Choose the drain to suit the installation: differential-pressure (this unit) discharges condensate while air flows, automatic suits unattended duty, and manual puts discharge in the operator's hands. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer particulate matters. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options) and the bracket choice are all decodable from the code.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, we cannot quote a rated flow for this unit. Send us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L marks the low-pressure regulator variant. Its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so please confirm the range with us if your circuit runs at a low set pressure. The maximum inlet pressure remains 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit carries the standard 40 um element and square psi gauge of this configuration.
