The AirTAC GFR200C06LJNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LJNT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 200 unit has a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is supplied without a gauge, without a mounting bracket, and without a reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge options and standard or low-pressure regulation. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air supplied to small forming, sealing and clamp cylinders on a packaging line, where the low-pressure regulator type keeps actuation pressure in a modest band and the drain keeps condensate out of the valves.
Conditioning the compressed air at a laboratory or pilot-plant bench drop: the 40 um element stops pipe-scale and water reaching sensitive instruments, and the 1/8 in NPT port suits compact tubing runs and manifold connections.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to hand-held air tools and small fixtures at an assembly workstation, with the differential-pressure drain handling accumulated water without daily manual blowing-down.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port suits compact lines and low-to-moderate air demand; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 when the application needs larger ports and more flow. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um filtration where finer particle removal matters. The differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated water automatically as pressure differentials build, with no operator attention. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type and carries no gauge - add a gauge separately if downstream pressure must be read, and choose PT (standard) or order G/NPT thread to match your piping. A bracket option exists for other GFR codes; this one is supplied without one.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we cannot quote a number here - send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application - line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code means this unit carries the low-pressure regulator type rather than the standard one; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published in our sheet, so we confirm it on request. The N code means no gauge is fitted - if you need to read downstream pressure, ask us about gauge options on other GFR codes in this size.
