The AirTAC GFR200C06LJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type, built for circuits that run at reduced settings, with a 1/8 in NPT port and a 5 um filter element for dirt-sensitive downstream equipment. Condensate is handled by a differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected water when flow creates a pressure drop across the element. No gauge is fitted, and the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow so the downstream circuit holds its set pressure when upstream supply falls. The unit mounts without a bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across the series include manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge choices, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning air to a spray gun or small finishing line at reduced pressure: the 5 um element catches particulate that would spoil a finish, and the check valve holds the set circuit against backflow when the gun shuts off.
Supplying small air cylinders and grippers on an electronics or light-assembly cell, where the filter-regulator keeps water and fine dirt out of the actuators and holds a gentle, low working pressure on the station.
Feeding low-pressure air to laboratory test rigs and pneumatic sample handlers, where the 5 um element protects sensitive components and the low-pressure regulator trims the supply down from the shop-air header.
Start with the port and size step: size 200 is the compact end of the GFR range, and this unit carries a 1/8 in NPT port, so step up to size 300, 400 or 600 if your line moves more air. The 5 um element (code W) suits paint, instrumentation and other dirt-sensitive loads; the standard 40 um grade is the choice for coarse protection only. Drain here is differential-pressure, which suits a steady-flow installation - automatic and manual drains are available elsewhere in the family. Threads are PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and this unit is the NPT version. A gauge can be specified in the family, and brackets are optional.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not a single rated figure, and the exact regulation span of the low-pressure type is not listed on our sheet. Send us your supply pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your supply pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing for the GFR200C06LJNWTK before you order.
It means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. Air passes downstream normally, but the valve blocks reverse flow, so the downstream circuit holds its pressure when the upstream supply drops or is shut off. Units without the K code do not have this valve.
