The AirTAC GFR200C06LNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LNWT is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This configuration is the 200 size with 1/8 in NPT ports, fitted with the fine 5 um filter element (code W) for cleaner air than the standard 40 um grade. It is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits set below the standard regulator band, and the differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough - no daily manual draining. No gauge is fitted (code N), and no reverse/check valve is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this unit is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Air clamps and swing clamps that must hold at a gentle, repeatable pressure benefit from a low-pressure regulator: the GFR200C06LNWT filters the shop air to 5 um and holds the low set pressure the fixture was designed around.
Spray and coating heads are sensitive to both dirt and pressure drift. The 5 um element protects the nozzle from particulate and water carryover while the low-pressure type regulator holds the delicate set pressure the application needs.
Analytical instruments and pilot rigs fed from a shop-air header need clean, low, stable pressure. This unit's 5 um filtration and low-pressure regulation make it a tidy single-body conditioning point at the instrument inlet.
Start with the port step: the 200 size with 1/8 in NPT ports suits compact circuits; step up to 300/400/600 when the demand outgrows it, and ask us to check the published flow curves against your consumption rather than guessing from a single number. Choose the 5 um element (this unit) when downstream equipment - valves, cylinders, sensors or coating equipment - needs cleaner air than the standard 40 um grade. The differential-pressure drain here suits lines that run often enough for condensate to be expelled on pressure dips; pick automatic or manual drain variants for other duty patterns. This is the low-pressure type, so use it where the set pressure sits below the standard regulator band - we will confirm the exact adjustment range from the datasheet on request. No gauge is fitted; gauge options can be added on other variants. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options - this unit is the NPT version. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the 200 size against your application before you order.
No gauge is fitted - the N in the code means no gauge; gauge options are available on other GFR variants and we can advise on request. The W in the code is the filter grade: 5 um fine filtration instead of the standard 40 um element. The drain is differential-pressure, so condensate is expelled automatically on pressure differential with no manual draining routine.
