The AirTAC GFR200C06LNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06LNWTK is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 5 um and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is the low-pressure type with a 1/8 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, a fitted reverse/check valve to hold downstream settings, and a mounting bracket included. No gauge is fitted on this variant, so a separate gauge is needed if you want to read the regulated pressure.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 through 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, G and NPT as options), drain types, filter grades and gauge arrangements. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps that must close at a reduced, stable pressure get both clean air and regulation from one compact body, with the check valve holding the setting against upstream fluctuation.
A paint booth drop fed at low regulated pressure benefits from the 5 um element stripping water and particulate before air reaches the spray gun, protecting finish quality.
Small packaging-machine cylinders running at reduced pressure draw filtered, regulated air through the 1/8 in port, while the reverse valve prevents backflow disturbing the setting.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port is the compact end of the GFR range; step up through sizes 300, 400 and 600 when the line needs a larger port and more flow. The 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need finer particulate removal than the standard 40 um element; the differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate automatically as the pressure differential builds, with automatic and manual drain variants available elsewhere in the family. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also an order option.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no rated flow number can be quoted here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no gauge is supplied with this unit. Other GFR variants are available with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; if you need a local pressure reading on this unit, add a suitable gauge to your order or ask us to quote a gauge-equipped variant.
