The AirTAC GFR200C06MC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MC1T is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This configuration carries a 1/8 in NPT port, a standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, a 40 um standard filter element, and a manual drain, so condensate is released by opening the bowl drain by hand as part of routine checks. A round pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted so the set pressure is visible at a glance, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered and regulated air feeding the directional control valves that actuate a carton sealing and wrapping station, with the round MPa gauge letting the setter verify set pressure at the machine.
Clean, pressure-stable air to the clamp cylinders on a machining fixture, where the 40 um element protects the clamp valve and the regulator holds consistent clamping force part after part.
Point-of-use conditioning for the air cylinders and grippers on a benchtop sample-handling unit, where the compact 1/8 in NPT size and manual drain suit a tidy, periodically serviced installation.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps at 1/8 in NPT in the compact size 200 frame, so match it against the air consumption of the tools or cylinders it feeds - step up to size 300, 400 or 600 when the demand is higher. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) needs an operator to open the drain, automatic drains condensate by itself, and the default differential-pressure drain bleeds when the pressure differential builds. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard for general air prep, 5 um (code W) where finer protection matters. Gauge style and scale (square embedded or round external; MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and the bracket are all real, decodable choices. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by opening the drain by hand during routine checks. If you would rather not rely on operator attention, the same family is available with an automatic drain, and the standard default is a differential-pressure drain - we can quote the variant you need.
