The AirTAC GFR200C06MC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines a filter and a pressure regulator in a single body: compressed air is cleaned of water and particulate, then regulated to the working pressure the circuit needs. This unit is the size 200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port. It carries the standard 40 um filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the manual drain the regulated output covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The size 200 bowl is polycarbonate, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, stepping up in port and flow capacity at each size, with choices of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding directional control valves on a carton-sealing or filling machine: the unit cleans the supply air of water and pipe debris, then holds a steady set pressure so valve actuation stays repeatable shift after shift.
Supplying the air cylinders that stop, divert and align product on a bottling or canning conveyor. The 40 um element keeps particulate out of cylinder seals, and the regulator lets line staff set the cylinder pressure at the machine.
A point-of-use filter regulator for benchtop automation, sample transport and small pneumatic actuators in laboratories, where the 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest GFR frame and a psi gauge suit tight panels and instrument air drops.
Choose the size and port by matching the published flow curve to your air demand: size 200 with its 1/8 in port is the entry step, and 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow. Pick the drain to suit the service: a manual drain means condensate is released by hand at intervals, while automatic and differential-pressure drains handle it without that attention - note the manual-drain version also allows the widest regulation window at the low end, down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration matters. Gauges are available embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this configuration carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT - and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your air demand and working pressure and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact configuration before you order.
This configuration uses a manual drain: condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and is released by opening the drain, which suits installations checked on a routine. If you prefer unattended condensate removal, the GFR200 is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - note the regulation range differs by drain type: manual drain covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drains cover 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
