The AirTAC GFR200C06MC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MC2WG is a filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This 200-size unit has a G1/8 (1/8 in) port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and the mounting bracket included. The standard-type regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to a quarter-turn ball valve actuator on a process line: the 5 um element protects the pilot solenoid and the round gauge shows the set pressure in psi.
Supply to a CNC fixture-clamping circuit, holding a steady clamping pressure at the machine, with the manual drain letting the operator bleed collected water at shift start.
Point-of-use supply for sealing and carton-eject cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the regulator set locally at the machine and the bracket mounted to the frame.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: 200 is the smallest GFR frame, here with a 1/8 in G-thread port, and larger sizes step up in port and flow. Drain choice matters: this unit has a manual drain, so the bowl must be bled by hand at intervals; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer option versus the 40 um standard - pick it where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. The round gauge on this unit reads psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP); PT is the AirTAC standard and NPT is orderable.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain (code M): the polycarbonate bowl is drained by hand at intervals. The same GFR200 frame can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain if the installation runs unattended.
