The AirTAC GFR200C06MF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MF1WT is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This size 200 unit carries a 1/8 in NPT port, the finer 5 um filter element, a manual drain, and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, and the manual drain is what allows setting down to 0.05 MPa. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. On size 200 the bowl is polycarbonate (only size 600 uses aluminium alloy). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for the pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators on a CNC machining centre: the 5 um element takes water and fine particulate out of the shop air before it reaches the spindle-area cylinders, while the regulator holds a steady clamp pressure at the machine.
Supply conditioning for the stopper, pusher and divert cylinders along a carton or bottle packaging conveyor. The 1/8 in NPT port suits compact point-of-use drops, and the square MPa gauge lets the line technician read and lock the setting the diverters were commissioned at.
Clean, regulated air for pneumatic valves and sample-handling actuators inside a laboratory analyser or test rig. The 5 um grade and manual drain suit an instrument cabinet that is serviced on a schedule, and the compact size 200 body fits inside the enclosure.
Size and port set the air capacity: the GFR family steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so choose the step that matches the air your line consumes - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Drain type is a real choice: manual (as on this unit, which also widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code; this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauges are embedded square as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as the catalogue standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is specified NPT. Brackets are optional and included here.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for the GFR200 at 1/8 in NPT before you order - that way the sizing is checked against your actual consumption.
Manual drain means the collected water is released by opening the drain by hand during checks, rather than automatically as with the automatic or differential-pressure drain options. On this configuration the manual drain also widens the regulator setting range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), which the automatic and differential-pressure versions do not offer.
