The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2WG is a size-200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration carries a G1/8 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer air cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain on the bowl, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with this manual-drain version, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with a 40 um or 5 um element, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, square or external round gauge (MPa, psi or bar scales), G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard, and with or without bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for a machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders: the 5 um element protects fine-sealing valves from particulates while the regulator holds a steady set pressure at the machine.
Feeding pick-and-place and case-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate at shift start and the psi gauge gives a readable set point for consistent actuation.
Conditioning the air supply to a bank of solenoid-piloted process valves, where the regulator keeps actuator pressure stable across the 7-130 psi range and the fine 5 um grade guards pilot-air passages.
Size and port: the 200 series with its G1/8 port is the smallest GFR step; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the application needs a larger port and more flow. Drain: this unit has a manual drain, which also widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic or differential-pressure drain versions regulate 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Filter grade: this unit carries the 5 um (W) element; the 40 um standard grade suits general plant air and holds longer between element service. Gauge: the embedded square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP, as on this unit) and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this unit on request before you order.
The M in the code means the bowl is drained by hand rather than automatically. With a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drain versions regulate 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Choose manual when someone can drain the bowl routinely and you need the wider low-pressure end.
