The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2WT is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one compact body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a 1/8 in NPT port, a fine 5 um filter element (the W grade, tighter than the standard 40 um), a manual drain for the bowl, and an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread form (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding cleaned, regulated air to the tool-change clamps and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre, where the 5 um element helps guard fine control valves from particles and water carryover.
Supplying regulated air to the cylinders that divert cartons and actuate sealing heads on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain bled during scheduled line cleaning.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding purge air and pneumatic functions in analytical or test-bench instrumentation, where the compact single-body unit and psi-scaled gauge suit a panel-mounted setpoint.
Because filter and regulator share one body, the GFR200 saves panel space and piping compared with separate units. Step through the real choices: size and port (200 with 1/8 in NPT here) against the air demand of the circuit; drain type, where manual suits positions that are checked and bled periodically, while automatic or differential-pressure drains suit less accessible spots; filter grade, where the 5 um element on this model protects finer components than the standard 40 um; gauge scale, psi on this unit with MPa or bar available; and thread form, PT standard with G and NPT as order options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: collected water and contaminant are released by hand when the bowl is checked, rather than automatically. It suits positions visited during routine maintenance. If the installation is hard to reach, ask about the automatic or differential-pressure drain options, which also change the regulator adjustment range to 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
