The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2WTK is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for the air feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic tool-change and clamping circuits, with the 5 um element and psi gauge suiting a US-spec shop floor.
Cleaned, regulated air for the cylinder-and-valve bank on a cartoning or wrapping line, where the check valve holds the set pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Filtered, pressure-controlled purge air for a lab analyser cabinet or instrument enclosure, using the compact size 200 footprint and manual drain where visits are scheduled.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port; if your line needs more flow, step up to size 300, 400 or 600. Choose the drain to match access: manual (as here) when an operator can bleed the bowl, automatic or differential-pressure where the unit is hard to reach. Pick the element grade: 40 um is the standard general-purpose grade, 5 um (W) suits finer downstream equipment. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and the thread can be ordered in PT (standard), G or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: an operator opens the drain to expel collected water. If the unit will be mounted where routine bleeding is impractical, the same size is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain - just ask for the alternative code.
