The AirTAC GFR200C06MF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MF3T is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain bowl, and an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in bar. The standard-type regulator covers a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range with this manual-drain version, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding the pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a small machining centre, with the bar-scale gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout at the machine.
Supplying clean, pressure-controlled air to the gripper cylinders and diverters on a carton packaging conveyor, with the manual drain bled during scheduled changeover stops.
Conditioning the air that actuates fill and capping valves on a bottling line, where the 40 um element keeps debris and condensed water out of the valve seats.
Size and port set the capacity: step up from 200 to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow, matching the 1/8 in NPT port here to your piping. Drain choice matters in use: manual drain needs periodic bleeding, automatic drains without attention, and differential-pressure drains purge on pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify the W code for a 5 um element where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - bar here), thread family (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket inclusion are all decodable from the code.
Because published flow data is in curve form rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl must be bled periodically. The GFR family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains, which can be selected in the model code when ordering a different configuration.
