The AirTAC GFR200C06MF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MF3WT is an AirTAC filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This configuration is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, the standard regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square gauge reading in bar, a polycarbonate bowl, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a small single-acting press cylinder at a workbench: the 5 um element keeps fines out of the cylinder seals while the regulator holds the set clamping pressure, and the square bar gauge gives the operator a direct read of the setting.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the sealing-jaw cylinders on a packaging conveyor: the manual-drain bowl is drained during shift changeovers, and the 1/8 in NPT port suits short drops to compact actuators.
Conditioning the air feed to small lab-automation actuators and air bearings: fine 5 um filtration and a stable regulated supply from the compact size-200 body, with the bar-scale gauge matching the panel's metric instrumentation.
The GFR family steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, each with larger ports and more flow capacity; this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, so match the port step to your line size and the flow curve to your demand. Drain type is a real choice: manual (this unit, code M) needs periodic hand draining, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W - this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar; this unit is bar) and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. Bracket included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Send us your line pressure, port size and demand, and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet for your application on request.
The M in the code means condensate collected in the bowl is released by hand rather than automatically. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains if you would rather not rely on operator attention; the manual-drain version carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
