The AirTAC GFR200C06MF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, all in a single compact body. This configuration is built on the size-200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. A reverse (check) valve is fitted and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulated outlet is adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and can be ordered with PT or G threads, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, and with or without the reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use supply for pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining cell: the 5 um element protects downstream valves from water and fine particulate while the regulator holds a steady clamping pressure.
Regulated air for pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor: the fitted check valve holds the downstream setting through upstream pressure dips, and the bar gauge lets operators verify set pressure at a glance.
Clean, regulated air for bench-top pneumatic fixtures and test stations: the 5 um grade and fine manual adjustment suit instrumentation work, with the manual drain fitting a lab checked daily by staff.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GFR range, so step up to 300, 400 or 600 if your line draws more air. The 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need cleaner air than the 40 um standard, and the manual drain (code M) means the bowl is emptied by hand on a routine you set; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants if no one will be at the machine regularly. The square gauge reads in bar, with MPa and psi scales as alternatives. Thread here is NPT - PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option - and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR200 is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application - working pressure and the air demand of your actuators - and we will confirm the sizing from the AirTAC datasheet before you order.
The M code fits a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand on a routine you set, which suits machines that are checked daily. If nobody will attend the unit regularly, the same filter regulator is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain - ask us for that variant.
