The AirTAC GFR200C06MJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MJC3WT is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in PC (polycarbonate), a fine 5 um filter element (code W), a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and an external round gauge with a bar scale. No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge styles. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders of a small CNC lathe or mill, where the 5 um element protects spool valves from particles and the regulator holds a stable setpoint at the machine.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the reject pushers, diverters and sealing jaws on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain bowl emptied as part of the line's daily start-up routine.
A point-of-use filter regulator at an assembly workbench, giving operators a locally adjusted, moisture- and particle-controlled supply for air screwdrivers, small cylinders and blow-off stations on a 1/8 in drop.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the circuit: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GFR range, so upsize to GFR300/400/600 if your demand is higher. This version has a manual drain, which means someone drains the bowl on a routine; if you cannot guarantee that, the automatic or differential-pressure drain options are worth considering. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer choice over the 40 um standard - use it where downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air. Gauge style and scale are selectable (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round bar gauge), and the thread can be ordered in PT (standard), G or NPT. A bracket is optional (this configuration has none). Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one rated-flow figure we can honestly quote. Send us your air consumption and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code means the bowl is drained by hand: an operator opens the drain on a routine to release collected water. It suits installations that are checked daily. If the unit sits unattended or the air is wet, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain variant instead - both are catalogue options in the same size.
