The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF1T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a polycarbonate bowl with manual drain, a standard 40 um filter element, and an embedded square gauge with MPa scale. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
GFR200 is the smallest of four sizes in AirTAC's GFR filter-regulator line (200/300/400/600), with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, an optional 5 um element (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drain variants, G or NPT thread options, and bracket choices. This genuine AirTAC part is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J) and without a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted at the drop feeding a small carton-sealing or wrapping head, it dries and filters the air and holds a steady set pressure so the cylinders cycle consistently through the shift. The manual drain is emptied during scheduled line checks.
Mounted above the air take-off for sorting gates and stoppers on a bottling or parcel-sorting conveyor, it keeps debris and condensed water out of the directional valves while regulating the pressure the actuators see.
On a laboratory test bench or small pilot rig, the 1/8 in port and fine-adjust regulator suit instruments and small air cylinders, with the MPa gauge giving a clear local reading and the 40 um element protecting sensitive components.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the downstream equipment: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the entry point of the GFR range, and the larger 300/400/600 sizes carry bigger ports for higher demand. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Other decodable choices in this family: drain type (this unit is manual; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available), filter grade (40 um standard here, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (MPa fitted here; psi and bar scales exist), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and bracket (this configuration omits it).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: collected condensate is released by operating the drain by hand as part of routine maintenance. The same GFR200 body is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the family default, if you would rather not rely on manual draining.
