The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single filter-regulator body. This unit is a size 200 GFR with a 1/8 in NPT port. It carries the 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and a reverse (check) valve per the K suffix. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. On the size 200 body the bowl is polycarbonate. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning on a cartoning or filling line: the 5 um element strips water and fine dirt before the directional valves and cylinders, while the regulator holds the set pressure the actuators were set up for.
Feeding gauges, pneumatic fixtures and measurement devices on a QC bench, where the finer 5 um grade keeps sensitive equipment clean and the embedded square MPa gauge gives the operator a local setpoint readout.
A compact filter-regulator at the drop leg of a machining or assembly cell, conditioning the air feeding clamps, air tools and small actuators, with the fitted check valve blocking backflow from the circuit.
The real choices in this family are decodable from the code: step through sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the port and flow band your line needs; pick the drain - manual (as here, code M), automatic (A) or differential-pressure (default); choose 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration; select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) or omit the gauge (N); and order PT, G or NPT threads to suit your piping. Brackets are optional (J = none). Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm the right size against the curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the collected water is expelled by opening the drain by hand. If the unit sits where that is awkward, the same GFR200 body can be ordered with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain instead. This unit also carries the 5 um (W) element rather than the 40 um standard, the F1 gauge is the embedded square type scaled in MPa, and the K suffix adds a reverse (check) valve.
