The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines a compressed-air filter and a pressure regulator in a single body: air passes through the drain bowl and filter element first, then the regulating valve sets the downstream pressure. This unit, GFR200C06MJF2TK, is the size 200 version with a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in check valve; it is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), the bowl is polycarbonate at this size, and the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or differential-pressure draining, a finer 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than as a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for small pneumatic grippers and fingers on assembly robots, where a compact 1/8 in port unit mounted close to the actuator keeps the supply clean and the pressure set point stable.
Point-of-use air conditioning inside a machine control panel, feeding solenoid valves and small pneumatic devices; the embedded square psi gauge gives a local pressure readout without opening the cabinet.
Bench-scale air preparation on a laboratory or QA test rig: the 40 um element removes water and particulate before the regulator sets the test pressure, with the check valve blocking reverse flow back into the supply line.
The real, decodable choices on this series: step through sizes 200/300/400/600 (larger port, more flow) to match your air demand; choose the drain - differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M, as on this unit); pick the 40 um standard element or the 5 um W grade for finer filtration; select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar); order G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of the PT standard; add a reverse/check valve (K) or a bracket if you need them. This configuration already carries the check valve, the psi square gauge and the manual drain.
One honest note on sizing: flow for this series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us to confirm the datasheet figures against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
M means the bowl is drained by hand rather than automatically, so someone should bleed accumulated condensate as part of routine checks. On manual-drain versions the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drain versions adjust from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
