The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF2W is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This configuration has a 1/8 in PT threaded port, a 5 um filter element (code W, finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the bowl, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket and without a reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, and G or NPT thread variants to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted just before a small solenoid valve manifold on a packaging machine, this unit filters the branch line to 5 um and holds a regulated pressure for one dedicated station, with the square psi gauge giving the setter a direct local reading.
At a workbench station driving a compact air cylinder or clamp, the 1/8 in PT port, 5 um filtration and manual-drain bowl keep the actuator supply clean and at a set pressure, adjusted across the 0.05-0.9 MPa range as the job requires.
Feeding a lab instrument or small process skid that cannot tolerate particles or water carryover, the 5 um element and regulated output protect the device, while the manual drain lets an operator clear accumulated condensate at the end of each shift.
Start with the port step: size 200 with a PT1/8 port suits point-of-use lines and small actuators; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 when the circuit demands more flow. Choose the drain to match access: manual drain (this unit) needs someone to open it periodically, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without intervention. The 5 um element here is the finer option for sensitive downstream components; the 40 um standard grade suits general supply. Gauge scale is selectable as MPa, psi or bar - this unit ships with a square psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options, and a bracket can be added where this no-bracket version does not suit the panel. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and let us confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Tell us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code selects the manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl until someone opens the drain. If the installation is hard to reach, ask about the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants of the same GFR200 instead.
