The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MJF3T is a filter regulator: one body removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This 200-size unit is threaded 1/8 in NPT, carries the 40 um standard filter element, drains by hand via the manual drain, and shows setpoint on the embedded square gauge scaled in bar. It is the standard regulator type, supplied without a mounting bracket, and has no reverse/check valve.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding the cylinders on a carton-sealer, with the manual drain letting an operator bleed collected water at shift start.
Supply clean, regulated air to a small bench press; the embedded square gauge scaled in bar gives a direct setpoint readout at the machine.
Regulate air to the gripper circuit on a pick-and-place station; 40 um filtration protects the small valves and ejectors downstream.
Choices you can decode from the code itself: the 200/300/400/600 size step sets port and flow capacity, so step up a size when your line needs more air - we confirm exact flow from the datasheet curves before you order. Drain is manual here (code M); automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if you cannot rely on periodic draining. The element is 40 um standard; specify W for 5 um where finer protection matters. The fitted square gauge reads in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is NPT on this unit - PT is the standard and G is an order option - and J means no mounting bracket, so add one if you panel-mount.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - required downstream pressure and air consumption - and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
Code M means collected water must be drained by hand, and the manual-drain version regulates from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). If nobody will drain the bowl regularly, the automatic or differential-pressure drain options remove that task. The bowl on this 200 size is polycarbonate, so keep the unit within the -5 to 70 C non-freezing range.
