The AirTAC GFR200C06MJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MJNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded NPT1/8 (1/8 in), carries a 5 um filter element (code W, finer than the 40 um standard), and uses a manual drain, so the bowl is emptied by opening the drain valve during checks. Pressure is set anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; no gauge is fitted with this code and no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use supply for the pneumatic cylinders that fold and press carton flaps on a packaging line. The 5 um element keeps weld-seal solenoids clean, and the regulator holds a steady setting for consistent flap clamping.
Filtered, regulated air for purging analytical instrument enclosures and pneumatic sample-handling actuators in a laboratory. The 5 um grade and manual drain suit a bench position that is checked during routine maintenance.
Air supply for the pop-up stopping and gating cylinders along a bottling conveyor. The compact 200-size body fits tight machine frames, and the regulator keeps stop-actuation pressure consistent across the line.
Choose the size and port step against the air your circuit actually uses: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the range, so verify it is not undersized for the cylinders or valves it feeds. The 5 um element (code W) suits air that feeds sensitive components; the 40 um standard element is the usual choice for general plant air. Manual drain means an operator opens the drain valve to empty collected water - pick the automatic or differential-pressure drain code instead if the unit is hard to reach. No gauge is fitted with this code, so plan to add your own downstream gauge if you need to verify the set pressure, and note that no mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that could mislead your sizing. Send us your application - port size, downstream consumers and working pressure - and we will confirm the flow and full datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The M in the code sets the manual drain: water collected in the bowl is released by opening the drain valve during your checks, rather than bleeding off automatically. It is the right choice where the unit is accessible and part of a routine walk-round. If the position is hard to reach, ask us for the automatic-drain or differential-pressure-drain code instead - and note this unit carries the finer 5 um element (code W) rather than the 40 um standard.
