The AirTAC GFR200C06MLC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLC1T is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 200 unit with 1/8 in NPT ports, a manual drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element and the low-pressure regulator type. A round pressure gauge with an MPa scale is fitted, and the unit includes a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge styles and scales. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to sealing arms and low-pressure cylinders on a packaging line, where the low-pressure regulator type matches circuits that must not see full line pressure.
Sits at the drop to a spray or coating station, knocking water and 40 um particulate out of the supply and holding a gentle regulated pressure for low-pressure atomizing and air-assist circuits.
Conditions and regulates the air feeding gate, stopper and pusher cylinders along a conveyor line, with the fitted MPa gauge giving operators a visible set-point and the manual drain allowing scheduled bowl bleeding.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the circuit you are supplying - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow capacity, and flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. This unit uses the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm the range with us if your set pressure is critical. Drain choice matters: manual drain means someone bleeds the bowl periodically, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um here; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Thread is NPT on this model (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), and a bracket is included. Gauge scale is MPa; psi and bar scales are available.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and air consumption and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
The M in the code selects a manual drain bowl: condensate collects in the bowl and someone bleeds it off periodically. If you would rather not rely on scheduled draining, the GFR series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - ask us for those variants.
