The AirTAC GFR200C06MLC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLC2G is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a G1/8 (BSPP) port, the standard 40 um filter element, a manual drain for emptying the bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run at reduced set pressures. A round pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options including automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, gently regulated air to pneumatic clamps and fixtures that must not be slammed at full line pressure, with the round psi gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Supplies cleaned air at a low, stable setting to vacuum-assist tables and hold-down devices on a packaging conveyor, where the manual drain is emptied during scheduled line checks.
Provides particulate- and water-filtered air at reduced pressure for laboratory test benches and small pneumatic rigs, with the included bracket allowing tidy panel or frame mounting.
Size 200 with a 1/8 inch port is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the circuit demands more flow. Choose the drain to match the installation: this unit has a manual drain, which suits positions an operator can reach on a service round; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit less accessible points. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal matters. This is the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits whose set pressure sits below what the standard type targets - its adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread here is G (BSPP); PT is the standard offering and NPT is an order option.
Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate is emptied by hand, which suits accessible mounting points on a regular service round; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published - confirm it with us, along with the fitted round gauge's psi scale, before ordering.
