The AirTAC GFR200C06MLC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLC2T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 unit is threaded NPT1/8 (1/8 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, drains by hand through its manual drain, and is the low-pressure regulator type. A round gauge scaled in psi is fitted, the bowl is metal, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT threads in place of the standard PT. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a small assembly bench press, this unit cleans the shop air feeding the clamping cylinder and holds the clamping pressure steady, with the psi gauge letting the operator read the set point at a glance.
Feeding the film-seal and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, the unit strips water and debris before they reach the valves and keeps the supply pressure where the machine builder set it.
On a benchtop analytical instrument with air-actuated valves, the unit filters the supply and regulates it to the low pressure the actuation circuit needs, with manual draining suited to a supervised lab environment.
Choose the size by port and flow: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GFR line, which runs through 300, 400 and 600 up to 1 in ports. Drain choice matters: a manual drain needs an operator to bleed the bowl periodically, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention - pick manual only where someone checks the unit routinely. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauges come as an embedded square type or an external round type, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type and its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm your set pressure with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and required conditions and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This configuration drains by hand: condensate collects in the bowl until an operator opens the drain. It suits installations where someone checks the unit routinely. If nobody will attend the unit, ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions of the same size.
