The AirTAC GFR200C06MLC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MLC2TK is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A round pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted, a reverse (check) valve is built in, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge styles and scales, and a reverse-valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamp cylinders that hold workpieces during machining, with the check valve holding the set circuit against upstream dips.
Water and particle removal ahead of finishing guns, with the low-pressure regulator holding a gentle, repeatable atomising pressure at the gun inlet.
Conditioned air for small pusher and divert actuators along the conveyor, regulated below main header pressure so product handling stays gentle.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain to match maintenance practice: manual (as here) drains only when someone opens it, automatic drains continuously, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W code if you need the 5 um grade. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. A bracket is included, and the K code adds the reverse (check) valve.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order. The low-pressure type regulator range for this configuration is also confirmed on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit's bowl has a manual drain: condensate is released when an operator opens it, which suits stations visited during routine rounds. If the unit sits where nobody passes regularly, choose the automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure default instead, which drain without manual attention.
