The AirTAC GFR200C06MLC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLC3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal and pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-200 unit carries a 1/8 in NPT port, a metal bowl with a manual drain, and the standard 40 um filter element. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the code fits a round pressure gauge reading in bar. A check valve (code K) is fitted and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) elements, embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures for your application from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a carton-sealing machine's air drop: the bowl strips water and debris before they reach the seal cylinders, while the low-pressure regulator holds a steady setting read off the bar-scale gauge.
Feeds bench-mounted air tools and small test rigs in a lab, where the low-pressure regulator type and the round bar gauge make careful setting at modest pressures straightforward, and the manual drain suits intermittent use.
Conditions the supply to sorting gates and diverters on a distribution conveyor, keeping moisture and scale out of the directional valves while the fitted check valve holds the circuit against back-flow.
Within GFR200 the real choices are the port step (1/8 in here, rising through the larger sizes) against the flow your circuit needs; the drain, where manual (this unit) can be swapped for automatic or differential-pressure; the element, 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; and the gauge, embedded square as standard or an external round gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and code J omits the bracket if you do not want one. The L in this code selects the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published in the sheet we work from, so we confirm it on request. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by hand rather than automatically, so someone should open the drain as part of routine checks. If you would rather not rely on that, the same unit is available with an automatic (code A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - ask and we will quote the variant.
