The AirTAC GFR200C06MLF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLF2GK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G1/8 port, a polycarbonate bowl with a manual drain, a 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. It comes set up with an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus drain, filter-grade, gauge, thread and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated low-pressure air to a small cylinder on an assembly or test bench, with the manual drain bled at the start of each shift.
Conditioning air for gauges, sensors and small lab actuators that need a stable, controlled low pressure and water-free supply.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to small sealing-jaw actuators on a packaging line, where the check valve holds the downstream circuit against backflow.
Size 200 with a G1/8 port suits compact circuits; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 where the circuit demands more flow - ask us to check the published flow curve against your consumption before ordering. The low-pressure regulator type (code L) is the choice where set pressures below the standard range are needed; the exact range is not published, so confirm it with us. The manual drain (code M) must be bled by hand at intervals, unlike the automatic (A) or differential-pressure options. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for the 5 um option where finer filtration is required. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, with MPa and bar scales as alternatives. G thread is the ordered option here, with PT as the standard thread, and the mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
M is the manual-drain code: the bowl must be drained by hand at intervals, unlike the automatic (A) or differential-pressure options. F2 is the embedded square gauge with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales, and an external round gauge, are the alternatives.
