The AirTAC GFR200C06MLF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLF2WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, the low-pressure regulator type and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The metal bowl collects condensate for manual draining, a mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). As a low-pressure type, its exact regulation range is not published; we confirm it on request.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with PT or G threads, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to clamping cylinders that hold workpieces while fasteners are driven, with the 5 um element protecting the clamp valve and the psi gauge letting setters read line pressure directly.
Supplies clean, reduced-pressure air to a laboratory or pilot test bench where the low-pressure regulator type, fine 5 um filtration and manual drain suit a supervised, periodically attended setup.
Conditions the air feeding small actuators and air jets on a packaging conveyor, removing water and particles that would gum the valves while holding a stable reduced pressure downstream.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of your circuit: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the GFR range, which runs up to size 600 with 1 in ports. Drain choice matters: manual drains need periodic draining by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filtration is 5 um here (code W); the standard element is 40 um if finer filtration is not required. The embedded square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included with this unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The metal bowl collects condensate and the manual drain must be opened by hand to discharge it, so the unit suits installations that are checked regularly. If you prefer unattended drainage, ask about automatic or differential-pressure drain versions of the same filter regulator.
