The AirTAC GFR200C06MLF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLF3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body, with a single bowl and one adjustment point. This unit is the size 200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, a metal bowl with manual drain, a 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in bar, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) element, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a machining-cell fixture, with the regulator set to the low pressure the clamping circuit calls for and the check valve holding the setting against upstream fluctuation.
Conditioning shop air before it reaches pneumatic test rigs and gauges on an R&D bench, where the 40 um element keeps particulates out of sensitive instruments and the bar-scale square gauge gives a direct local reading.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the small cylinders and actuators on a packaging line's sealing and folding station, with the manual drain letting an operator clear collected water at shift start.
Every choice in this unit is decodable from the code. Step through sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the port and duty your line needs; pick the drain - manual (as here), automatic, or differential-pressure; choose the 40 um standard element or the finer 5 um W option; set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar; and order PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread. A bracket is included here, and a reverse/check valve is fitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR200 series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - port size, duty and line pressure - and we will confirm the datasheet figures and sizing on request before you order.
M is a manual drain: someone opens the bowl drain to remove collected water. If you would rather the bowl discharge on its own, automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drain variants exist in the same size - ask us to quote the alternative code.
