The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLJC1T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This 200-size unit is threaded NPT 1/8 in, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and has a manual drain, so the polycarbonate bowl is emptied by operating the drain at service intervals. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale is fitted. No mounting bracket is included and no reverse (check) valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for pneumatic clamps on a machining fixture, where workpieces are held at a reduced, controlled pressure and water and particles must be kept out of the clamp cylinders.
Air preparation for spray or coating lines that run at low regulated pressure, removing water and particulate from the supply before it reaches the applicator.
Feeding cylinders and actuators on packaging machines that operate at low regulated pressure, with a single body handling both filtration and regulation at the machine drop.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this 200-size unit takes a 1/8 in port, and larger sizes step up in port and flow capacity. Where a bowl is fitted you can pick the drain: manual (as here), automatic, or differential-pressure. The filter element is 40 um as standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauges can be square (embedded) or round, with MPa, psi or bar scales, and the thread can be PT (the standard), G or NPT - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is optional. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this unit on request.
The L marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the standard tables, so we confirm it on request. M is the manual drain, C1 is the fitted round gauge with an MPa scale, J means no mounting bracket, and the trailing T is the NPT thread (PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options).
