The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in a single body: air passes through a drain bowl that removes water and particulate, then through an integrated regulator that sets the downstream pressure. This unit is the size 200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port, manual drain, standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type, so it is aimed at circuits that run at reduced working pressures. A round pressure gauge on the MPa scale is fitted, a reverse/check valve is included to hold the downstream setting against backflow, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. The bowl on this configuration is metal. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A filtered, regulated supply for a small bench press or riveting cylinder running at reduced pressure: the manual drain is bled at shift start, the round MPa gauge gives the operator a visible setting, and the check valve keeps the cylinder circuit from losing its setting when air is removed.
Point-of-use conditioning for laboratory analysers or sample-handling pneumatics that need clean air at a gentle, stable pressure; the 40 um element handles water and particulate ahead of the instrument and the low-pressure type regulator suits loads rated below full line pressure.
Regulated air for guide-rail and clamp actuators on a packaging conveyor, where the low-pressure type regulator protects components that cannot take full header pressure and the manual drain fits a line that is attended during changeovers.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range (200 through 600, 1/8 in to 1 in), so choose the frame whose published flow curve covers your demand rather than upsizing on port alone. Drain type matters: this unit has a manual drain, which needs periodic bleeding and suits attended or intermittent duty; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family for unattended lines. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer pre-filtration is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options) and a mounting bracket are selected when ordering. Note this is the low-pressure regulator type and its adjustment range is not published on the sheet we transcribe, so confirm it with us - and since flow is published as curves, ask us to check sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and the datasheet for this exact model on request before you order.
This configuration carries code M, a manual drain: condensate collects in the metal bowl and is bled by hand, which suits attended or intermittent duty. The same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (no code) - just ask when ordering.
