The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This unit is built on the 200 size with a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port, a 5 um filter element for finer cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, and a manual drain you operate by hand to empty collected condensate. The regulator is the low-pressure type, a round gauge scaled in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is included. The bowl is metal, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is supplied with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, different gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a low-pressure clamping or holding circuit on an assembly fixture, where the low-pressure regulator type suits working pressures below the standard range and the fitted psi gauge gives a direct local reading at the fixture.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to a laboratory test bench or small coating station, where the 5 um element protects sensitive instruments and spray nozzles from water and fine particulate carried in the shop air line.
Conditioning the air feeding small cylinders and actuators on a packaging or conveyor line, with the manual drain emptied during shift checks and the fitted check valve holding the downstream circuit if the supply dips.
Choose the size step first: 200 is the smallest GFR frame, and moving up to 300, 400 or 600 raises both the port size (here PT1/8) and the flow capacity, so match the frame to the air demand of the circuit. This unit already carries the 5 um (W) element instead of the standard 40 um grade, a manual drain, the low-pressure regulator type, a round psi gauge and a fitted reverse/check valve; the same family can alternatively be ordered with automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um filtration, square MPa or bar gauges, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and with a bracket. Because AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
This configuration carries the M code, so condensate is emptied by operating the drain by hand - a good fit where the unit is checked as part of a routine. The same GFR200 body can be ordered with an automatic drain or with the default differential-pressure drain if you would rather not drain it manually.
