The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJC3T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 unit is threaded NPT1/8, drains manually through its metal bowl via the M-coded drain, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and is the low-pressure (L) regulator type fitted with an external round gauge scaled in bar. It is supplied without a mounting bracket (J) and without a reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the GFR filter-regulator family, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT to order, plus automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and a choice of gauge scales. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and stepping air down to a low set pressure for pneumatic clamps on a machining fixture, with the 40 um element protecting the clamp cylinders from scale and condensed water.
Conditioning the air feeding grippers and small actuators on a packaging conveyor, where the manual drain lets maintenance bleed accumulated condensate during scheduled changeovers.
Supplying filtered, low-pressure regulated air to bench-top test rigs and instrumentation panels, with the round bar gauge giving a clear local pressure readout.
Choose the size by port and flow: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT thread, the smallest step in the GFR range, which runs through 300, 400 and 600 with ports up to 1 inch. Drain choice matters: the M code here is a manual drain, where someone bleeds the bowl on a routine; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drains handle condensate without that visit. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um when finer filtration is needed. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. The gauge here is the external round type scaled in bar; embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are the other options. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. J means no mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for the GFR200C06MLJC3T on request.
M is the manual drain: condensate is bled from the bowl by hand as part of routine checks. If you would rather not do that, the same unit can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain (blank).
