The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF2G is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single GFR200 body. This configuration has a G1/8 (1/8 in) G-thread port, a 40 um standard filter element, a metal drain bowl with manual draining, and the low-pressure regulator type. The embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale, and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and bracket. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding regulated air to analytical instruments and sample-conditioning panels, where the 40 um element keeps water and particles out of sensitive pneumatic components and the low-pressure type matches modest supply pressures.
Point-of-use supply for small cylinders, grippers and clamps on a bench-top assembly fixture, with the G1/8 port connecting directly to compact valve and actuator circuits and the psi gauge giving a readable setting.
Regulating air at the point of use for spray guns or air knives on a finishing line, where the low-pressure type, manual drain and square psi gauge suit a supervised, indoor installation.
Choices you can decode from the code: size 200 with a G1/8 port sets the physical connection - step up to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow. Drain is manual here, so the metal bowl is drained by hand; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants. Filtration is the 40 um standard element (5 um is code W), the gauge is the embedded square type with a psi scale, and the thread is G; PT is the standard thread and NPT can be ordered. This is the low-pressure regulator type and no mounting bracket is supplied.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order, including the regulated-pressure range of the low-pressure type.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application - upstream pressure, port size and the flow your equipment needs - and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request, along with the regulated-pressure range of the low-pressure type.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the metal bowl is drained by hand, which suits supervised installations where the bowl is checked routinely. The GFR series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - tell us which you prefer and we will quote the matching code.
