The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF2GK is a GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This unit is built on the 200 size with a G1/8 (BSPP) threaded port, a manual-drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and the L low-pressure regulator type. It comes with the embedded square gauge scaled in psi and a built-in reverse (check) valve that blocks backflow from the downstream side, and it is ordered without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and each size can be ordered with a different drain type, a finer 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa or bar, PT or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Flow for these units is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and the sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated low-pressure air for sample-handling actuators and purge lines on analytical instruments, where a compact 1/8-inch port and low setpoints are the norm.
Clean, filtered air at a stable low setpoint for piloting process valves and small pneumatic actuators on skid-mounted process equipment.
Filtered, regulated supply for vacuum generators and small gripper cylinders on electronics pick-and-place stations, with the built-in check valve blocking backflow from the downstream side.
Size the unit by port and expected air demand: the 200 size with its G1/8 port is the entry step of the GFR range, and the 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and flow capacity - match the step to your demand rather than upsizing blindly. The choices decoded into this code are the ones you can change at order time: drain type (manual here; differential-pressure is the catalogue default and fully automatic is available), filter element (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (psi here; MPa or bar on request), thread (G/BSPP here; PT is the standard thread and NPT is an order option), and bracket (omitted here, orderable).
Because the L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type, its exact adjustment range is not published - tell us your setpoint and we will confirm suitability. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote honestly. Tell us your line pressure, setpoint and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact configuration before you order.
The M in the code means the bowl drains only when you open the drain valve by hand, which suits installations checked as part of a routine. The catalogue default for this family is a differential-pressure drain, and a fully automatic drain (code A) is also available to order - tell us which you prefer when ordering.
