The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF2K AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator PT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLJF2K is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-200 unit has a PT1/8 (1/8 in) PT thread, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted, and the code K reverse (check) valve is included. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). This -J code is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and is ordered with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated supply to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, with the manual drain for end-of-shift condensate removal.
Point-of-use air prep for the pick-and-place cylinders and grippers on a packaging line, with the psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Clean, low-pressure regulated air to sample-handling valves and actuators on a laboratory analyser skid, where a compact 1/8 in port unit fits tight panels.
Size and port set the air capacity: GFR200 with a PT1/8 port is the smallest step in the GFR range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 and the larger ports when the circuit demands more air. Because rated flow is published only as curves, ask us to check the curve against your consumption before ordering. Other decodable choices on this family: drain type (this code has a manual drain, so condensate is drained by hand; automatic and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives), filter grade (40 um standard here; specify W for 5 um), gauge scale (this unit carries the square gauge with a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are options), thread (PT standard; G or NPT to order) and bracket (this -J code is supplied without one). The low-pressure regulator type is selected where the circuit holds a lower set pressure than the standard type covers; we confirm the exact set-pressure range from the datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code is the manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is drained by hand, which suits panels that are checked regularly. If you want the bowl to discharge automatically, ask for the same unit with drain code A; the differential-pressure drain is the default on codes with no drain letter.
