The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR200C06MLJF2WGK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for a G1/8 port. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with a manual drain, the fine 5 um element (40 um is the standard grade), an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowl lets you see condensate building up, and the manual drain is emptied by hand. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for a quarter-turn actuator on a process valve: the 5 um element protects the actuator seals from particles and water, and the psi gauge gives the operator a clear setpoint reference.
Air preparation at a jig or clamping fixture on a machining bench, where the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits run at reduced pressure and the manual drain fits an attended workstation.
Point-of-use supply for diverter and stopper cylinders along a packaging conveyor: the reverse/check valve holds the circuit if supply dips, and the bowl catches water before it reaches the control valves.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200 is the smallest GFR frame, here with a G1/8 port; step up to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow. This unit already carries the fine 5 um element (code W) - pick 40 um where only bulk water and coarse particles matter. The drain is manual here; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you cannot reach the unit to drain it by hand. The square gauge reads psi; MPa and bar scales, and an external round gauge, are options. The thread is G; PT is the standard and NPT is orderable. No bracket is fitted, but one can be added. Because flow is published as curves, not as a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air your application needs, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
The manual drain (code M) is opened by hand to empty collected condensate, which suits attended stations; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if the unit is hard to reach. The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its setpoint range is not published, so ask us to confirm it for your circuit.
