The AirTAC GFR200C06MLJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLJF3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This size 200 unit is built with a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse/check valve fitted. Manual drain means an operator opens the drain at the bottom of the bowl to expel collected condensate, which suits installations visited on a regular maintenance round.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Rated flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A low-pressure clamp circuit on a CNC fixture needs clean, regulated air at the fixture. This unit filters water and chips-carried moisture from the shop air line and holds the clamp pressure steady, with the bar-scaled square gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout at the cell.
A carton-sealing or wrapping machine with small-bore solenoid valves and 1/8 in tubing takes its supply through this unit. The 40 um element stops particulate reaching the valves, the manual drain is emptied on the daily changeover check, and the check valve holds the circuit if supply pressure dips.
Lines that run actuators or air knives at reduced pressure need a regulator designed for low setpoints rather than a standard unit backed off. This low-pressure type GFR feeds such a circuit, with the manual-drain bowl emptied during the shift-end walkround and the gauge confirming the line setting in bar.
Start with the port step: size 200 with a 1/8 in port is the smallest GFR frame, so match it to the line size and the air demand of the circuit - for larger demand, step up to GFR300/400/600. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) for attended installations, automatic for unattended drip removal, or differential-pressure (the default) which drains on a pressure drop. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code if the application needs the 5 um fine grade. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us before ordering if your setpoint is critical. The square gauge is fitted here in a bar scale; MPa, psi scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. No mounting bracket is included with the J code.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate collects in the bowl and an operator opens the drain valve to expel it, typically during a scheduled check. If the installation is unattended or accessed infrequently, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain versions of the same GFR200 unit are the alternatives to specify.
