The AirTAC GFR200C06MLNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLNT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is the size 200 unit with a 1/8 in NPT port, a low-pressure regulator type, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain bowl in metal, and no gauge fitted. A mounting bracket is included. The manual drain means the bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance rather than automatically.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to workholding clamps that must not see full line pressure, with the low-pressure regulator type holding a gentler setting and the manual drain cleared during shift maintenance.
Supplies clean, regulated air to sample-handling actuators and small pneumatic grippers on lab benches, where the 40 um element keeps particulate out of sensitive components and the 1/8 in port suits compact tubing runs.
Conditions the air feeding box-flap tuckers and tape-head cylinders at a sealing station, draining accumulated water by hand at the start of each run and protecting downstream valves from debris.
Choose the size and port step against the air your circuit needs: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest step in the range, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Where this unit differs from standard GFR stock: it is the low-pressure regulator type (its exact adjustment range is not published - confirm with us), it has a manual drain, a 40 um element (specify code W for 5 um if finer filtration is needed), and no gauge (gauge and scale options exist on other variants). Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard thread and G is also a catalogue option. Bracket included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot quote one number honestly. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that could mislead your sizing. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code is the drain: the metal bowl is emptied by hand during maintenance instead of automatically. This variant also carries the N gauge code, so no gauge is fitted; gauge and scale options are available on other GFR configurations if you want a visual pressure reading.
