The AirTAC GFR200C06MLNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MLNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 200 unit has a 1/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, and a manual drain on its metal bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and a reverse (check) valve is fitted to block backflow through the unit when upstream air is removed. No pressure gauge is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be specified with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Setting a gentle low pressure on the air feed to spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a finishing booth, with the 40 um element keeping water and pipe scale out of the air reaching the finish.
Feeding the low-pressure clamp and ejector cylinders on a cartoning or case-packing line, where the fitted check valve holds the circuit against backflow when the main supply is shut off.
Point-of-use conditioning on a lab or test-bench air drop, where a compact filter regulator sets a low, stable pressure for instruments and the manual drain is emptied during routine checks.
Size and port step up from 200 with a 1/8 in port through 600 with a 1 in port, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your air consumption at your working pressure - send us the demand and we will check the curve with you. Drain choice on GFR units is differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M); this unit has the manual drain, which suits points that are checked as part of routine rounds. The standard element is 40 um; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The setting range of the low-pressure regulator type is confirmed from the datasheet on request. Gauges are optional - embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales - and none is fitted on this unit. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
This model is coded N for gauge, so no pressure gauge is fitted; GFR units can take an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales if you want one. The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which blocks backflow through the unit when upstream pressure is lost.
