The AirTAC GFR200C06MNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MNT is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate (PC), a standard 40 um filter element, and a standard-type regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). No gauge is fitted (code N), and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of drain type (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and scale options, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for small clamping cylinders and workholding fixtures at an assembly or machining station, where the 1/8 in port matches compact point-of-use supply lines.
Filtered and pressure-controlled supply to the small sealing-jaw or label-head cylinders on a packaging line, with manual drain suited to shifts that end with a bowl check.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding bench instruments, small actuators or test rigs in a lab, where the 40 um element removes water and particulate before regulation.
The GFR200 is the smallest size step in the GFR range, with a 1/8 in port suited to compact point-of-use circuits; step up to GFR300/400/600 for larger ports and higher flow demand. This unit uses a manual drain, so the bowl must be drained by hand at intervals - choose automatic or differential-pressure drain codes if unattended drainage matters. The fitted 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code for a 5 um element where finer filtration is required. No gauge is fitted on this code; gauge options with MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered. The T suffix specifies NPT thread; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option, and a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote for this unit. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the sizing against your requirement on request.
The N in GFR200C06MNT means no gauge is supplied, so the regulator is set without a pressure indication on the unit. If you want to read the outlet pressure directly, order a GFR200 variant with a gauge code instead: an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales available.
