The AirTAC GFR200C06MNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single compact body. This size 200 unit is threaded NPT1/8 (1/8 in), carries a 40 um standard filter element, and uses a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate (size 200 bowls are PC; only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy). A reverse/check valve is fitted, a mounting bracket is included, and no gauge is supplied with this configuration. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for this manual-drain version, and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um with code W) and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to a compact bench press or crimping tool, where the operator sets a fixed working pressure and the manual drain is bled off at shift start.
Conditioning air for cylinders and diverters on a carton-sealing or labelling conveyor, with the check valve holding the set downstream pressure against supply dips.
Providing clean, adjustable air at individual workstations and test rigs, where the 1/8 in port suits compact drop lines and the 40 um element protects sensitive instruments.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in port is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the application needs a larger port and more flow. Because flow for this family is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. For the drain, this unit is manual (code M): an operator drains the bowl by hand, which suits intermittent-duty points; automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drains suit lines that run unattended. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for the 5 um option where finer particulate removal is needed. This configuration has no gauge (code N); gauge variants are available with embedded square or external round dials in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread here is NPT (code T); PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this size 200, NPT1/8 unit on request before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: the polycarbonate bowl is emptied by hand, which suits points that are checked regularly; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available as alternatives. The N sets no gauge, so no gauge is supplied with this unit - gauge variants with square or round dials in MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered instead.
